Written dialogue is much more delicate than oral dialogue. If done well, it can capture the tone, speech pattern, and personality of a character, and at the same time captivate readers. In this masterclass, Linda Musita, author of the short stories collection Mtama Road, will teach you the various elements of dialogue writing. The masterclass will cover how to structure dialogue, how to use dialogue to push a story’s plot forward, and how to write effective and authentic dialogue.
